We love its Liberty cotton, the print of which was developed exclusively for Nellie Quats. We like the crossed back, with straps that can be adjusted very easily by tying a knot at the back. The dress sits just above the knee. We imagine it worn next to the skin in very hot weather or matched with a little blouse.
